SHC, Inc. is a company that specializes in just one thing. That one thing is highly reliable, durable and rugged hydraulic cylinders. While we do many telescopic cylinders, we are best known for our made to order single acting hydraulic cylinder.
We offer full custom capabilities for our telescopic and single acting hydraulic cylinder models. While this is different from some of the other cylinder makers out there, we offer some differences in our capacities and our ability to get the job done that set us apart from the competition.
Quality is Central
Unlike some of the mass-produced cylinders, each of our single acting hydraulic cylinder orders is produced in-house and with our commitment to quality control at each step in the process. We only produce welded cylinders so they are durable and can be used in any type of application.
We don’t outsource any of the production, which means we can focus on precision CNC machining, welding, the best in raw material and our own in-house team of engineers and draftsman to design the ideal cylinder for your specific application.
Testing and Finishing
Each of the cylinders we design and manufacturer is also tested before shipping. This is completed through a full and complete inspection of the cylinder as well as oil testing to verify they are ready to use.
We have also added our own in-house wash and paint line. This allows us to paint the cylinders to the color specifications required. By having this capability in our own facility, we can control the entire process.
The single biggest factor for most of our customers is our turnaround time. We are able to provide quality hydraulic cylinders between two and ten weeks faster than the competition, which is an essential consideration for our customers and their businesses.
