We pride ourselves on doing the job well, and getting it to your door quickly. A typical custom built order has a four week turn-around time after drawing approval. And remember, check our stock line of telescopic cylinders.
Do you supply pumps, motors, hoses, fittings, etc.?
No. We only manufacture cylinders.
Do you make tie rod cylinders?
No, only welded cylinders.
Are your cylinders manufactured entirely in the U.S.?
Yes, all of our cylinders are manufactured in
Athens, Tennessee.
Do you manufacture stainless steel cylinders?
The only stainless that we use is on the cylinder rods. We also provide Nitro rods as an option.
Do you manufacture pneumatic cylinders?
Yes, but we specialize in hydraulic.
What size cylinders are you capable of producing?
From 1" bore to 12" and roughly up to 14 foot strokes.
Do you sell tie-rod cylinders?
No.
Do you have minimum orders on custom requests?
Orders must total a minimum of $750 for custom cylinders.
Payment method?
We accept all major forms of payment. We also accept credit cards if timing is an issue. We are happy to provide customers with an account (requires 3-4 weeks to complete).
Limited Warranty info?
New Products: SHC, Inc. warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 18 months, from the date of shipment, under normal use and service. This warranty shall not apply to any good that has been subject to alteration, accident, abuse, misuse or failure to follow SHC, Inc.'s instruction for installation, operation or maintenance.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranty. SHC, Inc.'s only obligation under this warranty shall be, at its sole election, to either repair or replace new products determined to be defective within 18 months after shipment date.
Repair service info?
SHC, Inc. warrants the repair services (labor and parts) furnished under this invoice shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days under normal use and service, exclusive of any defects in the design of the original goods. SHC, Inc.'s only obligation under this warranty shall be, at its sole election, to either repair or replace supplied parts and workmanship determined to be defective within 90 days after shipment date.
All other warranties, express or implied, including particularly the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall SHC, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
